Creating your account

Visit portal.dbvis.com to reach the sign-in page. From there you can either sign in with an existing account or create a new one.

Sign up

On the sign-in page, click New user? Sign Up.

Enter your details

Type in your email address, pick a password, and type it once more to confirm. Then click Sign up.

If you would rather not manage another password, click Sign in with Google at the top of the page to use your Google account instead.

Verify your email

After signing up, we send a verification email to the address you used. Click the link in that email to confirm your address before signing in.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails usually arrive within a few minutes.

First sign-in

Once your email is verified, sign in with your new account. The portal sets things up in the background and takes you to the Dashboard. The first thing you see is a short welcome screen that introduces the portal and starts the onboarding for setting up your organization. The Dashboard is shown behind it and becomes visible once you close the welcome screen or finish onboarding.
